A native Neapolitan, Dustin Beard has seen Naples grow from a small, sleepy town into one of the country’s most desirable places to live. In addition to his honors degree in business-to-business sales from Western Carolina University, Dustin holds professional designations that distinguish him from the sea of local realtors. For example, he is an accredited buyer representative—a title held by only 2 percent of all realtors—and is accredited by the Council of Residential Specialists, the highest designation awarded to realtors.

A member of the legal review board at the Naples Area Board of Realtors, he can walk clients through the intricacies of contract negotiations easily and thoroughly. His knowledge of individual neighborhoods’ markets and value trends ensures that buyers make smart investments, and his network of contacts—attorneys, appraisers, title companies and surveyors—helps keep the transaction moving smoothly.
